    Bunker 27 Shipping Policy

    Thank you for supporting Bunker 27 and our mission to honor the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces. We work hard to ship your order quickly and accurately so you can start repping your gear as soon as possible.

    Order Processing Time

    • Standard processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    • High-volume periods: During sales, product drops, or holiday seasons, processing may take a bit longer.

    • Made-to-order / print runs: Some items may be produced in batches or made-to-order. If an item needs extra time, it will be noted on the product page.

    You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has left our facility.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping service.

    Typical transit times (after your order has shipped) are:

    • Domestic (within the United States):

      • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

      • Expedited options (when available): 2–4 business days

    Please note: These are estimates only. Carriers may experience delays outside our control (weather, holidays, service disruptions, etc.).

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

    • You can use this tracking number to follow your package through the carrier’s website.

    • If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, give it a little time—scans can sometimes be delayed. If it appears stuck for more than 7 business days, please contact us.

    APO/FPO/DPO & Military Addresses

    We are proud to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses 🇺🇸

    • Please enter your address exactly as recommended by the USPS / military address format (including unit and box numbers).

    • Transit times to APO/FPO/DPO locations can vary and may be longer than standard U.S. delivery due to military mail handling and routing.

    PO Boxes

    Many orders can be shipped to PO Box addresses, depending on the chosen shipping method.

    • If a shipping option you select does not support PO Boxes, we may contact you to update the address or adjust the shipping method.

    International Shipping (If Enabled)

    If international shipping is available at checkout:

    • Delivery times and rates will vary by country and shipping method.

    • Customs, duties, and taxes may be charged by your local government. These fees are not collected by Bunker 27 and must be paid by the customer.

    If you do not see your country available at checkout and would like to place an order, please contact us to see if we can help.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

    For international orders (outside the U.S.):

    • All customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

    • We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

    • If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs or delivery issues, we may refund the product cost (excluding original shipping), less any return shipping or handling fees charged by the carrier.

    Address Accuracy & Changes

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

    • If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.

    • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or reroute the package.

    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    We want you to receive what you ordered in good condition.

    Lost or “delivered but not received” packages:

    • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you do not have the package:

      • Check with neighbors, building management, mailroom, or family members.

      • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

      • Wait 1–2 business days for possible delayed delivery or mis-scan.

    • If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we’ll review each case and do our best to help.

    Damaged packages or items:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

      • Your order number

      • Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

    • We’ll work with you on a replacement or other resolution as appropriate.

    Pre-Orders, Backorders & Split Shipments

    From time to time, Bunker 27 may offer pre-order or backordered items.

    • Any special shipping timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.

    • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together when the pre-order item is ready, or in separate shipments at our discretion.

    • If we split your order into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

    Shipping Restrictions

    We reserve the right to:

    • Limit shipping to certain countries, regions, or addresses.

    • Cancel and refund orders where shipping is not available, not cost-effective, or restricted by our carriers or licensors.

    Holiday & Peak Season Delays

    During major holidays, special promotions, or peak seasons, both processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by specific dates.
