Production Associate (Screen Printing)

We are looking for a motivated Production Associate to join our screen-printing team. This role involves handling printed garments as they come off the dryer, folding, stacking, and performing quality control checks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, inspect, and fold garments as they come off the conveyor dryer.
• Stack and organize shirts based on orders and sizes.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure prints are aligned, vibrant, and defect-free.
• Assist in loading and unloading screens, ink preparation, and general shop maintenance.
• Help with packaging and preparing orders for shipment.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethics
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation
• Be able to show up on time and ready to work

Previous experience in screen printing or production is a plus but not required (we provide training).

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
